I made the best Chicken Tortilla soup the other day from scratch

using cooked chicken and the broth, 3 fresh tomatoes (not canned), black beans, diced yellow &orange bell peppers, 1/2 cup of fire roasted tomato salsa, chili powder and a sprinkle of onion flakes. Served hot over crushed tortilla chips in each bowl and sharp cheddar cheese grated on top.
