RECIPE TAKEN FROM: Maranda McClaskey

I just made a black raspberry cobbler, all you need is pie crust sugar and cornstarch.
Put the pie crust in the 13×9 dish and jab with a fork so it doesn’t raise, add berries,
sprinkle 1 or 1 1/2 cups sugar evenly oover berries (depends on how sweet you want it) sprinkle 5Tbs cornstarch overtop evenly over berries, add top pie crust and pinch together with bottom pie crust, poke holes in top crust so it can release steam and I always dab a little canned milk on top of crust it makes it turn a golden brown.
Bake in 400* oven for 1hour…super easy, and great!
My 6 year old daughter loves to help me do this. Also, you can freeze berries, just rinse them off in a strainer, drain all water, pour them on a cookie sheet lines with wax paper, freeze until hard, and then put them in a freezer bag
