Good recipe for deer meat:
Marinate overnight in 1 bottle soy sauce, 1 large onion cut up and cloves of fresh garlic cut up. Next day take out of mixture, you can either fry the meat or use it in stir frying with vegetables. Do not coat the deer meat with flour. This tastes wonderful with no gamey flavor. I stir fry the meat on the gas grill and add fresh summer vegetables that have been marinated in oil, salt and garlic powder. Yummy….
