  • Teressa Russell Stowers I also shred my yellow squash and use it as zuchinni bread. Its delicious! I cube it, zuchinni, onion, and peppers and freeze them. When Im ready, I cube potatoes and add my frozen mixture along with some slices of pepporoni and fry.
  • Debbie Wilt in a casserole dish we like to layer slices of squash, zucchini,and cheese onions ,salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings top with cheese and bread crumbs or crackers and bake @ 350 until done its yummy, have also froze it and had in winter when everyone is wish
  • Debbie Wilt if not having many diet issues you can also shred then up and make squash and zuchinni cakes exactly like salmon cakes or patties there yummy
