Grilled chicken skewers

 

1 1/2pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into 6x1x1/4inch strips

1/4 cup La Choy Soy Sauce

30 wooden skewers 6in

Non-stick cooking spray

 

Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce for 1 hr in fridge.

Meanwhile soak wooden skewers in water

Pat dry skewers with paper towels and spry generously with PAM cooking spray. Thread chicken onto skewers

Spray cold grill and cooking tongs well with cooking spray position grill rack 4-6 inches from heat grill. Grill skewers over med heat for about 6 min turning once until chicken juices run clear serve with choice of dipping sauces

 

Sweet Teriyaki BBQ Dipping Sauce

Combine 1 cup barbecue sauce 1/3 c La Choy Teriyaki Sauce, 1/4 cup apricot preserves and 1/2 tsp ground ginger in small bowl blend well refrigerate 2 hrs before serving makes 1 1/2 cups

 

Creamy peanut Dipping sauce

Combine 1 jar (12oz) creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c La CHOY Soy Sweet & Sour Sauce, 1/2 c dark corn syrup 2 tbsp. La Choy Soy Sauce and 1 cup water in small bowl blend well refrigerate 2 hrs before serving makes 2 1/2 cups

 

Zesty Orange Garlic Dipping Sauce

Combine 1 c Spicy Brown Mustard 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate Thawed, and 2 tsp minced garlic in a bowl blend well refrigerate 2 hrs before serving Makes 2 cups
