I just can’t wait for summer! Green beans and cauliflower was on sale… I had to make pickled sweet cauliflower and dilly beans

PICKLED SWEET CAULIFLOWER

equal parts vinegar and sugar

for every cup of vinegar 1 tbsp salt

 

DILL BEANS

5 cups equal parts vinegar  & water

1/2 c pickling salt

1 garlic clove peeled per jar

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes per jar

1/2 tsp mustard seed per jar

Pack Jar.. boil

Process 5 minutes.
