Get your seeds.. I got mine from Edith’s Health Food store in Lewisburg. You only need about 2 TBSP per mason jar.

(Wanted to add I also got organic Sunflower Seeds to do the same thing)

Where baby sprouts go to die >:-) Vegetarian Wrap with homemade raspberry vinegar dressing and feta cheese and Turkey and cheese Wrap. Both with sprouts.~Andrea
