Hungarian Nokedli (tiny noodles)…

As directed by my grandma, from Hungary…

Take a few cups of flour, salt in the palm of your hand (about a teaspoon) and put it into a shallow bowl with an egg, and enough water to make a VERY wet dough.

Scrape the dough onto a wet plate. Pile it toward the edge, but flatten it out with the back of a spoon to the very edge.

Now, into salted bowling water, wet a spoon and start scraping the dough, into the pot. Take small scrapes, like the size of a kidney bean. You will need to dip the spoon into the boiling water ever few noodles, and take a TINY bit of the water, and kinda dribble it over the dough. DO NOT OVERCROWD.

They will sink quick. When the float and have been there for a few minutes, take them out with a slotted spoon. And repeat until the dough is done.

THEN, put the Chicken Paprikash on top. Use these same noodles for Stroganoffs
