RECIPE SUBMITTED BY Denise Musgrove Kellum
Pork Tenderloin (This recipe is sooooo good) This was made for my family when my mother passed away. It is the best tasting pork loin I’ve every had.
From the kitchen of: Denise Kellum

Ingredients:
1 Pork tenderloin
1 bag of frozen Onion and pepper seasoning blend (in the freezer section)
2-3 cans Mushrooms
Dale’s seasoning
Water

Directions:
1. Put foil in 9 x 13 pan. Mix all and put in pan.
2. If cooking for next day, cook at 200 degrees overnight from about 10 p.m.through 6 a.m -7 a.m.
3. If cooking right away, cook at 350 degrees for a couple of hours.

It is a marinade.
  • Denise Musgrove Kellum Homemade version: I love the taste of Dale’s Seasoning, and have found a way to make a similar recipe without the MSG (because it’s bad for you). I mix about 3 cups of Soy Sauce with 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp powdered garlic or one clove minced garlic, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp of “Liquid Smoke”, a little bit of black pepper, and a tiny bit of Paprika. You can easily play with the amounts if you prefer the taste a different way.
  • Serena Adkins Ellison and you say your onion and pepper seasoning blend is in the freezer section? what does the package look like? I have never heard of that either and I cook a LOT
  • Denise Musgrove Kellum You could also used just bell pepper and onion .

  • Serena Adkins Ellison oohh I am so silly.. LOL I was thinking of seasonings.. not a bag of veggies.. I guess where I never buy my peppers frozen.. I always grow them and freeze them myself.. LOL sorry.. I feel blond now
