It came out Amazing! Portabella mushroom pie with puff pastry! Need to type out the recipe, but I gotta warn you it is very simple. 🙂
Portabella mushroom pie with puff pastry! Play with it and make it your own.
Preheat oven 400′
1 8 oz cream cheese onion and chives.
2 Tbs. sour cream
one onion finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. thyme -more if you desire.
Fresh cracked pepper
Salt
4 large portabella mushrooms with stems – clean out the lungs sliced and roughly chopped not to thin.
2 sheets puff pastry
1 egg beaten
Butter for sauteing. 

Add butter and saute portabella mushrooms until some what golden.
Add onion continue cooking until onions are opaque. let cool down a little.
Add cream cheese and sour cream. Note: Add just enough to coat mixture well.
Take a cookie sheet and spray or oil it lightly.
Put mixture in center about 1 1/2 inch.
Take egg wash an go around shape.
Take top pastry and cut with small cookie cuter what ever shape you desire.
Put on top of mixture.
Cut out any unnecessary pastry dough.
Pinch with fork on edges.

Put back in to refrigerator approximately 10 minutes.
Cook at 400′ for twenty minutes or until golden brown.
Bam there you have it! Enjoy!
