Candy Bar Brownie:

– 2 boxes of Family Size brownie mix (to fix a 9×13 pan)..make sure it is Family Size
– 3 Large Hershey Bars or the candy bar of your choice (these are the BIG candy bars, bigger than King Size).

Directions:
1. Mix brownie mix as instructed per box directions.
2. Pour half of brownie mixture in pan (I am not sure of the measurements of my pan, but it is bigger than a 9×13).
3. Top mixture with 3 candy bars side-by-side.
4. Pour the rest of the brownie mixture on top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes (depending on your oven. Keep a close watch so your brownies do not come out too hard. My rule of thumb is when I start smelling the brownies, they are close to being done…I usually test mine by sticking a knife in it and when it comes out clean take it out immediately).
6. Let stand for about 15 minutes.

You have two options:
1) You can put you a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when this comes out of the oven and it is delicious….creamy!
2) Wait until the next day (or several hours later) to cut into squares. It forms nice overnight.

**Tip**: For easy cleanup, put aluminim foil in the bottom of your pan, spray with Pam, and you have no mess!
