Scalloped Potatoes
3/4 cups creamer,
2 tbsp flour,
1 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp paprika,
1/8 tsp garlic powder,
1/8 pepper,
2 tbsp dehydrated onions,
5 medium sized, pared, thinly sliced potatoes,
3 tbsp butter,
1 1/4 cup boiling water.
Combine all dry ingredients together.
Arrange one cup of the potatoes in the bottom of a two quart casserole.
Cover with 1/3 of the creamer mix and dot with 1/3 of the butter.
Doing this until all mixture and potatoes are gone.
Pour boiling water over potato es. Bake in oven at 350º for 1 1/2 hrs or until potatoes are tender.

This recipe had been around in my family for 20+ years, and it came from off the back of a non-dairy creamer container. TRIED AND TRUE AND GOOD.
