Today’s football menu: Guacamole, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Sweet Smokey Spicy Chipotle Wings, and Rosalee Woodyard Butcher ‘s Butterfinger Candy Bars!

(Note, I forgot to do the last step with the wings (brown sugar & honey) and they were still wonderful. Thought they would be really hot, but not really… just a nice kick.)

Sweet Smokey Spicy Chipolte Wings
24 Chicken wings about
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp honey
1 7oz z canChipolte chilies in adobo
1 tsp cumin
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Minced
2 garlic cloves minced
Salt and ground black peper to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
Prepare chicken wings by cutting them into sections and discarding (or saving for later) tips. Blend remaining ingredients through salt and pepper in food processor until completely combined. Using a large ziplock bag combine wings and mixture. Seal well, refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for 6 hours. Arrange wings on a foil covered baking sheet and pour about 1 cup of the mixture on top of the wings. Bake wings at 350 for 45 minutes.  Sprinkle brown sugar over and bake10-15 minutes more. Drizzle more honey over top if desire before serving.
