RECIPE AND PHOTOS SUBMITTED BY Patricia Stover
My chili made with vidalia onions, green peppers, dark red kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce with just a little “KICK” to it. You can always had more.

This is a kitchen gadget I mentioned one day on here; it is called a Mix ‘N Chop from Pampered Chef. I use it to chop my ground chuck up for different recipes. Cost was $11 when I bought it in 2009

I just take 2-3 lbs ground chuck, I brown it (I think this is a 4 qt pan), pour the grease off and chop the meat up into small pcs. I add 2 chopped onions, 1 green pepper diced. I used a small 16 oz can of stewed tomatoed (for some reason I like the flavor or stewed tomatoed), 1-16 oz can f petite diced tomatoes and a large can of tomato sauce. I used 1/2 pk of Hot chili mix,2 pkgs of regular chili mix (walmart brand). I like a lot of kidney beans so this put had 4 cans in it. Add some water and simmer until done.
From the angle I took this pic it looks like it’s in a skillet but I assure you it was a 4 qt pot! lol

It was so full, I had to take some out so it wouldn’t boil over lol
