I cleaned my strawberry real good took the potato masher ..and mashed them not a lot I dident use any water at all put sugar to taste. Then I boiled them and took the skim of the top of them. And put sure jell in them make sure your jars & lids r hot.And i don’t turn my jars up side down when I make jam if the jars  real hot witch they should be.
And they seal every time. I wish i had of taken a picture of them. But i gave my Daughter some and 2 of my neighbors some and what I have left in the frig. Now. I can take a picture of it what I have left in the frig. Made good peanut butter sandwiches and toast for breakfast!!!
this is the last of my Strawberry Jam I made. I put it in a container and put it in the frig.Its has hunks of strawberry in it that’s the way i love it!!!!
