THESE ARE SO EASY… LOOK GREAT… I taught this to my adult students at the community Ed… and I also taught this to my homeschool group’s kids… they thought it looked hard…. but, they were DELIGHTED to make these for their own families…

ok… here goes…

one package of phyllo, filo
a pound of melted butter
lightly butter EACH sheet of the phyllo dough and stack 3 on top of each other… cut that stack into 9… put into buttered muffin cups… bring the points UP… bake til light gold…wont take long… like 10 or 15 minutes….

NOW… let cool…

take an 8 oz brick of softened cream cheese, 2 cups of whipping cream, 2 pkg of instant pudding, cheesecake or vanilla flavor… put it all in your mixer… til it thickens… should be SCOOPABLE… an ice cream scoop is perfect !


drizzle with raspberry jam, or your fave syrup…. ENJOY !
