XOXO Paul’s Stuffed Crust Anniversary Pizza
Today is our 12 year anniversary.. we went out to eat earlier and we got hungry this evening.. so I made him this.. he loved it =)
make pizza dough.. spray pan lightly and spread out dough on large flat sheet then spread sauce evenly leaving edges free of sauce. sprinkle some parmesan cheese lightly.
Take your mozerella cheese and go all around the edge of the crust (normally I would have used string mozarella cheese.. it holds shape better and has more cheese in every bite but all I had tonight was the shredded which works too just isn’t as cheesy)
gently pull out the edge and fold OVER the cheese
folding the vertical ends last
shake parmesan cheese over edges…Now take an egg white with a trickle of water and some parsley flakes and beat.. then brush onto your ends
then spray butter/margarine over that…
now take pepperoni and layer in rows in middle and cover COMPLETELY with shredded mozarella cheese
Take pepperoni and cut to make your man’s name.. also put some pepperoni hand made hearts on each end of crust…
bake at 425 till done..
