SERENA’S CRABBY CORNBREAD


chopped crab meat (or imitation crab meat)

1  chicken stovetop stuffing

Chopped onion

chopped red and green pepper

chopped mushroom

1-2 stalks celery chopped

 

salt n pepper

toss these together in bowl

in another bowl mix up the following ingredients:

1 1/4 cups Self Rising Flour

3/4 cup Cornmeal

1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Veg Oil
1 Egg

Combine together  then pour over the other mixture….

then using the same bowl you mix the same thing again only leaving out the sugar this time

1 1/4 cups Self Rising Flour

3/4 cup Cornmeal

1 cup milk

1/4 cup Veg Oil
1 Egg

Mix together then pour with the rest of the ingredients and use your hands to mix well


turn out into a sprayed 9×13 pan and pat down..

salt and pepper top lightly and add a faint sprinkle of red pepper.

Cook at 400 degrees until done
