Fast and Easy…
SIN-A- ROLL CAKE
Cake Batter
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 16 oz container of Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs beaten well
2 tsp vanilla
Mix ingredients for cake batter together & pour 1/2 batter into sprayed heavy bunt pan
Sprinkle the layer of batter with topping of :
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup or more of pecan pieces
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
take 4 Tbsp butter and use to dot all over
sprinkle granulated sugar over top of that
Pour rest of batter over and shake heavy with sugar/cinnamon mixture
bake @ 350 for 50 minutes.
Make Glaze
2 cups or more powdered sugar
4 Tablespoons milk
remove from oven shake to loosen from pan and invert onto plate.
while its still hot, glaze the cake…
Let it seep into the cake ..
can eat warm, it is so good.. or can wait till this glaze sets and glaze again for a whiter thicker hard glaze.. but we aren’t waiting.. gonna eat it while hot.. no waiting today.. LOL
