My Experimental Blueberry Pound Cake

2 1/2 c. regular all purpose flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp Smuckers Blueberry Syrup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. Crisco
1 c. half and half milk
5 lg. eggs

Mix together (beat 5 minutes) pour into tube pan.
Pour 1 Tablespoon Blueberry syrup over top and take knife and swirl batter…..Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 min or till done. all ovens vary in temp do not over cook…

BLUEBERRY ICING
1 box (2 c.) powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/4 c. milk ( half and half )
3 Tbsp Blueberry Syrup

Melt butter – add milk, flavoring, powdered sugar – -pour over cake while warm.
