Last night for dinner, Cory and I made bacon, cheddar, ranch potatoes.
Didn’t use a recipe, but it was simple enough not to need one. I peeled and cubed some potatoes, tossed them with some sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder and some ranch dressing (liquid). Then added some fried, crumbled bacon. Put them on a foil lined cookie sheet and baked them at 350 until they were fork tender. The potatoes soaked the dressing up, so we added a little more, some more bacon. Put the potatoes under the broiler to brown a little then added the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until it melted. Even Erika ate them and she is super picky and doesn’t like potatoes.
