RAINBOW FUDGE

rainbow fudge is just like rocky road fudge that use the rainbow mini marshmallows instead. 3 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (I use a mix of both), 1 can condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1.5 cups rainbow marshmallows (I used more), 1 cup chopped nuts. Melt chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, salt in microwave. Add vanilla and stir to combine. Add chopped nuts and marshmallows. Spread into lined 9×9 tin. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more till firm.
