Amy’s Tomato Gravy and Biscuits

You start out just like you would making white gravy: make your roux with flour and bacon grease. Add milk and season as you normally would.

When you get it to the consistency you desire, add a large can of Hunt’s Petite Diced Tomatoes… Stir and heat through.

BEST with home-canned tomatoes.
