1 unripe mango, cut into small slivers (make sure it is completely green, no red/orange color to it or it will not work! This is so you won’t have to use vinegar, which hides the taste of the mango)

red pepper flakes- 1/4 tsp (or more if you like it spicy)

mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp

fresh ginger – 1 tsp

water

oil – 1 tsp.

salt

sugar

saute oil, ginger, mustard seeds, red pepper, and mango. Add about 1 1/2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Boil until soft. Add sugar to taste and boil until it has thickened.
