Sweet Potato Casserole – is yummy…

4 cups sweet potato, cubed
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Boil sweet potatoes, drain, then mash, add other ingredients mix well. Pour in a 9×13 pan. Make topping, spread evenly over top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
