PAM’S Cornbread Dressing:
OK, I’m going to attempt to post this but I really do not know exact measurements
Make your normal regular cornbread…after it cools, break it all up into tiny pieces…
(looks like sand)
I use 2-3 lg onions chopped pretty fine,
sage….to your taste…I love sage so I use quite a bit….
usually until the cornbread mix turns a green hue…
poultry seasoning…1-2 tsp…
and turkey broth, enough for the mix to be a little on the soupy side but not watery….
put it in 9×12 pans but not too thick for approx an hour….
so so so good…sorry…..I don’t know measurements 🙁 don’t laugh 🙂
