BONELESS RUB- PAN FRIED CHICKEN THIGHS

You will need some Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
( I am using family pack so I will be using two cooking pots, I like to fry them in my Glazed Cast Iron Dutch Oven and then transfer them over to my large Family Style Cooking Pot)

Pure Virgin Olive Oil – get your pot hot .. add in about 4 pieces of chicken don’t over crowd..

let it sizzle..sprinkle over top paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic powder and parsley flakes

turn over after it Frys a bit, and fry the other side.. then turn over into the bigger pan (it will also have olive oil in the bottom and will be on just not as hot,, your chicken will continue to cook in the larger pan just slower pace, as you continue to repeat until all the chicken is ready for the bigger pot..

now just add in a little chicken broth and turn up the heat.. once your chicken broth is bubbly, turn down to simmer and put on lid and let it simmer.. chicken will be so tender and juicy and delicious

… serve with a vegetable a starch or even with some boiled pasta.. ..
