Pork Chop and Stuffing Casserole

Sauté Pork chops (bone in has more flavor)
Salt and pepper well, cook until browned on both sides a

Take and place in pressure cooker or instant pot
Add a small amount of water all of chops
And a small can of cream of mushroom soup
And a small can of cream of chicken soup

Pressure cook 20 minutes take out meat .. debone and but meat chunks in glass 9×13

ladle a little of the broth it cooked in over meat
Now add butter to broth and 2 boxes of chicken stove top stuffing mix
Take stuffing and spoon over meat in casserole dish
Put in oven and bake 20 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes and peas A
