VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP


Parsley flakes
Garlic powder
Crushed red pepper flakes
Bay leaf
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
Salt
Frozen corn
Frozen veg (corn, green beans, peas, carrots)
1 large onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
64 oz V-8 juice
4 beef bullion cubes
6 c hot water
1 large family can of tomato soup
Ground beef 1-2 pounds

Add beef bullion cubes to hot water set aside

Brown ground beef in a little veg oil with chopped onion and 2 cloves minced garlic salt and pepper well

Once browned pour in V 8 juice
Add your beef water and your tomato soup
Add in some Parmesan cheese about 1/2 cup
Stir well until blended. Add in frozen veggies and bay leafs
Salt pepper, parsley flakes, a little garlic powder and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
