GERMAN SAUERKRAUT BALLS

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb sausage
1 can kraut drained
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
4 cups cornflakes

 

mix first 5 ingredients all together. Break eggs into bowl and beat slightly.
set aside. crush cornflakes.  Roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Dip into eggs and roll into cornflake crumbs.
Deep fry at medium heat slowly until done.
