Peanut Butter Coookies & Creme
2 Packs of Peanut Butter Cookies
Tsp Vanilla
1 carton Cool Whip
1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese
3-4 cups powder sugar
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3 cups milk
2 large instant Vanilla pudding
Line 9×13 with peanut Butter Cookies ( I use the great value brand, much cheaper than Nutter Butters)
Take 1 large pkg instant Vanilla pudding and mix with 3 cups milk add in 1 cup peanut butter
Spread pudding over cookies and and layer again with cookies.. you should have enough left over to crush up for your topping later ..
Next you will beat an 8 oz block of cream cheese until creamy, add in slowly around 3 -4 cups sifted powder sugar
Add tsp Vanilla
Mix well 
Mix your other pudding mix with 2 cups milk till thick
Mix in a carton of cool whip and spread over cake
Sprinkle top with leftover chopped cookies
Put into fridge to chill and set up
Tip- Glass looks better
