use a white background
paint a tree tree on the side with some branches coming out
next take A LOT of cut outs of hand prints and use for leaves
the clouds I made by cutting out my clouds then mixing Elmer’s Glue with shaving foam to make a puffy effect once dry
the rain drops you just cut out of construction paper. and of course your flowers you make with construction paper as well.. using some left over tree hands as your leave and grass.. done. .. cheap and cute
