MEXICAN FLAVORED STUFFED PEPPERS

4 green peppers,

1lb. ground beef (I used turkey),

1 pkt. taco seasoning (I used shrimp taco seasoning)

, 3/4 cup water,

1/4 tsp. garlic salt,

1/4 tsp. salt,

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce,

8 oz. colby jack cheese.

Brown and drain meat, add seasoning, 1 can tomato sauce and water, cook through. Fill peppers and spread tomato sauce on top.

Bake covered at 350F for an hour or till peppers are soft. Uncover and add shredded cheese. Bake till cheese melts.
