    GRILLED CHICKEN MARINADE
If you have no skin/boneless chicken, it is the easiest. My favorite Marinade: 1 spoon garlic powder, 1 spoon McCormick BBQ Seasoning, pinch of salt, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of Balsamico Vinegar (mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag). Ad chicken and coat. Have it marinating at least 1/2 hr in the fridge – and it is ready to grill.
  • Grilling chicken is best on the low and slow. Depending if it has bone, which part of chicken or if it has skin – skin is veeryyy tricky! You have to constantly watch it, because it loves to catch fire. The chicken is done, when the juices are clear.
