SAUTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BACON

Ingredients:

2 bags fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
1 T garlic
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Fry bacon strips and set aside.
Cook sprouts, onion and garlic in bacon drippings.
Sprouts should be vibrant green with a nice caramelization on them.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Crumble bacon on top right before serving.
