BUDGET BERRY JAM ( TOMATO JAM)

4 cups green tomato Pulp

4 cups sugar

2 (3 oz.) pkgs Fruit flavored Jello

In a large Saucepan in medium high heat combine tomato pulp and sugar: Bring to a boil, reduce heat Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and stir in the Jello

Mix until completely dissolved.

Pour into hot sterilized canning jars, seal and water bath for 5 minutes.

If you do not wish to can, pour into sterilized jars or plastic freezer jars and freeze .
