These are delish!

PATTI‘S POTATOES PARMESAN (Serves 4)

20 red potatoes
1 T cooking oil
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Boil potatoes. Peel.
Brown potatoes in frying pan in oil. Roll each in parmesan cheese.
Put potatoes in well-buttered low casserole.
Dot with butter and bake 25-30 minutes in 350 oven.
