Serena Adkins Ellison Okay, I saw this and me and my kids went straight and made this.. the first one turned out bad.. it was very dry and rubbery.. the next one we did we only put 2 minutes on it. It turned out really good and we poured a little half and half milk over it and some chocolate syrup .. they loved it.   Amanda NayNay Ennis posted on my website.. . Also one thing I found easier was to mix it in a small bowl first, spray my mug with bakers joy, and pour batter in … kept the final result neat and pretty cause the kids have a LOT of fun mixing and it can me messy.. hahah. Thanks Amanda.. kids loved it!!!!
my son Randy making his…
4 tbsp  self rising flour
4 tbsp  granulated sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
Mix

1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil and mix with fork
3 tbsp milk chocolate chips (optional)
less than 1/4 tsp of vanilla
Mix well and spray  mug with Bakers Joy
take rubber spatula to get every drop of cake mix into mug

put in microwave for 2 minutes (or three) I put two..it is according to your microwave (good rule of thumb is look through glass of microwave and when you see the cake rise to top it is just about done)
take out.. will be hot be careful and let rest a sec..
can take out and put into bowl
but we enjoy it in the mug with half and half milk poured over it and some hershey’s syrup
Enjoy!! My boys sure did!!! Will make again for sure
