A very fluffy bread!!!

Ingredients:

300 ml of warm water (1 cup and 1/5)

  • Fresh yeast 20 g or 5 g of dry yeast  (3/4 of a tablespoon for dry yeast)
  • 40 g of milk powder (1/3 cup)
  • 30 gr of butter (2 tbsp)
  • 500 grams of bread flour (4 1/2 cups)
  • Maldon salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

  • Back out the yeast and milk powder in warm water, add salt and let stand a few minutes.
  • We make a volcano with the flour and in the center put the butter, mix and we are gradually adding the mixture. Knead well until dough is smooth.
  • Knead for 8 minutes or so, until we can stretch the dough without rompa.Hacemos us a ball with the dough and well oiled weigh the left, tightly covered until doubled in volume.
  • Split the dough into three equal pieces and form three churros.Enrollamos shaped braid and put it in a plum-cake mold.Leaving weigh again until doubled in volume.
  • Whisk egg and paint the surface of the dough with a brush.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 220 °.
