 TATER TOT TACO CASSEROLE

preheat oven 400 degrees

brown 3 pounds of ground chuck

Add a little pepper, pinch salt, drain well return to stovetop and add in 1 ouch Taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water

Add 1 can drained corn

2 cans Campbell’s Cheese Soup

 

spray your 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray

add in some frozen tater tots

 

pour beef mixture over top of tater tots evenly

add Mexican fiesta cheese blend over top

and some cheddar cheese over top

 

bake for 30 minutes

take out

Note : I serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream on the side with a little Ortega sauce
